6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the custom software developed specifically for their business. Boston Builders AI retains ownership of:

• Reusable code components and frameworks
• Development tools and methodologies
• Brand assets and marketing materials

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results or revenue increases. While we strive for excellence, we cannot warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boston Builders AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Refund policy:

• Work completed is non-refundable
• Unused retainer amounts may be refunded at our discretion
• No refunds after the 3-month commitment period has ended
